Terms of Service

Last updated: May 2026. By using Zenforce HRMS you agree to these terms.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Zenforce HRMS ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service. These terms apply to all users including company administrators and employees.

2. Description of Service

Zenforce HRMS is a cloud-based Human Resource Management System offering employee management, attendance tracking, leave management, payroll processing, performance tracking, and related HR tools for businesses operating primarily in India.

3. Account Registration

  • You must provide accurate and complete registration information.
  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
  • One company account per organisation. Creating multiple accounts for the same entity is prohibited.
  • You must be at least 18 years old and authorised to represent your organisation.

4. Subscription & Billing

  • Plans are billed monthly. Prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) and inclusive of applicable taxes.
  • A 7-day free trial is offered with no credit card required.
  • Subscription fees are non-refundable once the billing period begins.
  • We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' notice.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or to violate any labour laws.
  • Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the Service.
  • Upload malicious code, viruses, or harmful data.
  • Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the platform.
  • Resell or sublicense access to the Service without written consent.

6. Data Ownership

You retain full ownership of all HR data uploaded to Zenforce HRMS. We process it solely to provide the Service. You may export your data at any time.

7. Service Availability

We target 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Scheduled maintenance will be communicated in advance. We are not liable for losses due to downtime beyond our reasonable control.

8. Termination

Either party may terminate at any time. Upon termination, your access ceases immediately. Your data is retained for 90 days for export purposes, then permanently deleted.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in India.
